Løkken Fjellgård in Folldsal was founded in 1753 and was restored to the old style from 1994 to 2000. The farm is uniquely located at 800 meters above sea level with a magnificient panoramic view of the Rondane nationalpark. The Folldal mine was startet in 1748 and mine workers manages to keep a living with the income from the mines and working the small farm land, of which Løkken Fjellgård was one. Løkken Fjellgård has four cabins available for daily rental. In addition to the "Eldhuset", "Stabbor", "Kårboligen" and the Rondane cabin is a "Seter", which is located at 950 meters above sea level in Kakeldalen, we also have the "Meløybua" in Einunndalen.
